Check Your Account

Students may check their Student Account Statement via Student Services Online (SSOL)

  • Login to SSOL
  • Click “Account Detail and E-Billing” link
  • Two options
    • View Student Account Detail
      • Updated nightly and gives you the most up-to-date look at transactions that have occurred on your account
      • Students only have access to view their Current Account Statement
    • View E-Bill and Pay by E-Check
      • Produced once a month and provides a snapshot of transactions that have occurred on your Student Account Statement
      • Students and Parents are able to view the E-Bill
      • Students must authorize their Parents to view the E-Bill by completing the Authorization Form on SSOL

Pay Your E-Bill

There are many options to pay your E-Bill

  • Cash/Check Payment
  • Online Check
  • TuitionPay Payment Plan: NEW for 2014-2015
    • Administered by NelNet.
    • Beginning July 1, 2014, students will be able to sign up online through SSOLand authorized payerswill be able to sign up at the E-Billing site at https://quikpayasp.com/columbia/tuition/authorized.do.
    • Ten monthly installments, five monthly installments for single term plans
    • Interest Free but there is an annual fee of $45, single term fee of $25
    • Payments begin July 1 for fall term start and December 1 for spring term start
    • Enrollment deadlines are October 5 for fall term and March 5 for spring term. Please note that if you enroll after the payment plan start date then you may need to make back payments

  • Loans
    • Some families choose to borrow most or all of the cost of education
    • You may apply for a loan at anytime during the academic year. However, it takes 3-4 weeks to complete the application process so we encourage you to apply early.
